Vaccum De-Watering System

Process:

  • Concrete is poured at one end
  • A man with a poker vibrator initially settles the concrete
  • Then the screed vibrator is brought by two men to do the leveling
  • Then the 2 filter mats each ( 11.5' X 8.5' ) is applied below
  • Above a top mat of ( 15' X 15' ) is applied for suction
  • Due to vacuum created between the top mat and the concrete floor the excess water is sucked in by the machine and let out
  • After the process it is suitable for the power floater application for rough finish
  • The power trowel comes for smooth finish
